Loss or Damage in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer an exchange or refund for damages reported within 30 days of delivery.
- If your order is not delivered or is lost in transit, please notify us within 10 days of dispatch. If tracking information suggests an issue, please inform us sooner.

Our Products
- The product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual product colours. Your product may differ slightly from the images.
- Factors such as monitor settings, screen settings, and batching can affect the appearance of colours on our website.
- We make every effort to provide accurate product dimensions, but please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, dimensions may vary slightly (up to 5cm).
- If you purchase the same products at different times, we cannot guarantee an exact match due to variations between batches. This includes variations in colour and measurements.

Delivery
- Delivery costs will be outlined during the order process. The prices displayed for items do not include delivery charges.
