No worries! If you need to update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. For next-day deliveries, please call us with your order number and updated address. If your order is already on its way, it might be too late to redirect, but we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods, and let us know why you'd like to return the item. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without a return request or not in their original packaging won't be accepted.

The appearance of the plant may vary as the arrangement of branches and leaves can differ based on positioning or the angle from which the image is taken. We recommend taking your time when dressing and styling your plant to ensure it achieves the desired look.

Orders are processed immediately to ensure quick shipping. This means we might not always be able to cancel an order. If you need to cancel urgently, contact us right away, and we'll do our best to assist.

Our PLNT-branded packaging ensures your plants arrive safely. We use solid structures inside to protect them. Pots are wrapped, secured, and bagged to guarantee a damage-free delivery.

Refunds are processed promptly once the return is approved.

Yes, all prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Card payments are taken immediately due to the clearing system.

Delivery costs are charged in addition to the listed prices. These additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Grand Total.'

We know waiting isn't fun, so if there's a delay in delivering your goods, we'll notify you via email and dispatch them as soon as they're available. You have the right to request a cancellation if your order is delayed. Just contact us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.

Sometimes, we need to deliver your items in separate shipments, especially if something is out of stock or on pre-order. If an item marked as available becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you by email. For items marked as out of stock or pre-order, we'll confirm availability in the standard order confirmation email.

If your plant doesn't look as fresh as our product videos, please contact us with some photos showing the full plant, and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, some plants need a little extra time to achieve that perfect PLNT look. If you've simply changed your mind, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll start the refund process.

Artificial plants are low maintenance, but dusting them occasionally will keep them looking their best. Use a feather duster or soft cloth to gently clean the leaves, or use a hairdryer on a cool setting to blow away loose dust.
